My mission is to help individuals and teams discover possibilities and inspire them to unleash their potential across all facets of their lives. To drive positive change in how individuals and teams think so that they effectively establish development for themselves and their organizations to grow.
I help my clients move forward to find actionable solutions that will allow them to accomplish their goals and become impactful, transformational leaders. Being able to influence others and make their life more successful, full of purpose and happier is a tremendous privilege that I cherish.
Most of my life, I was just going through the motions. I saw myself as a doer and as a person that was able to stay on top of things no matter how much got piled on. I was out of balance from over-achieving, over-doing and over-giving. This never-ending cycle drained me of my energy, my joy, and my peace of mind and it affected my physical, emotional and spiritual health. From the outside, I seemed to have it all, but I wasn’t fulfilled and completely uninspired, I lost excitement and felt that something was missing, I felt that I hit a wall and was unsure what to do next. I found myself static in many areas of my life and couldn’t move forward. That's what brought me to work with a coach.
In my coaching experience, I really connected to the energy, insights and learnings. The most unexpected gift that I didn’t see coming was that I had come to know myself in the process and see all the things that were coming in my way and preventing me from living the life I want. It’s all about coming to know who you are, why you are here and your role in the world to accomplish. I rediscovered a passion that I always had and didn’t express at that time, working one-on-one with people. Helping them to find their fullest potential and their happiness. So I enrolled in one of the top coach training schools in the world, the institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).
As a certified coach, I use evidence-backed skills to partner with clients to create lasting behavior change. My approach has been deeply informed by 20+ years of experience within the corporate space coupled with my background in psychology and communications. I have tools and techniques on how to strongly take on new challenges, build deep fundamental confidence and realize your full potential.
STEPHENIE BURKE
Human Resources Manager, NICE
I worked with Anat on internal coaching for managers in our global team (ranging from Jr. Managers and up). Following a thorough introduction, Anat took the reigns of the coaching experience and led from start to finish. The experience was really one of close partnership between Anat as the coach and the manager as the recipient – HR played only the role of facilitator. As an HR professional, this is an important element of any coaching program – that you are involved only to the extent required due to the trust you have in the coach.
Feedback on Anat’s coaching was positive with our team members expressing appreciation for her personable style and ability to ask probing questions that really stop and make you think. Her style is practical and to the point, providing functional advice and tools that are applicable to the day-to-day rather than theoretical in nature – this is really what you want to see for your employees when they engage in a coaching experience – that they get something out of it that is impactful to the work they do daily. Our team members felt that there was meaningful structure to their sessions – with clear objectives and homework – which ultimately led to a sense that they accomplished something meaningful at the end of their time with Anat. Overall our team had a constructive and thoughtful experience with Anat as their coach!
